1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili2 ("jili2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili2 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jili2.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jili2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jili2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili2, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by jili2 or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jili2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jili2 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jili2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jili2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4. Know Your Customer (KYC): jili2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) upon request.
5. Account Ownership: Your jili2 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jili2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are strictly prohibited. jili2 does not accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital currency. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are also not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by payment method but jili2 targets same-day processing for verified accounts.
• jili2 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable thresholds under Philippine AML regulations.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5 of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jili2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: jili2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or collusion.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

jili2 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following principles govern all games on the Platform:

• Certified RNG: All digital casino games on jili2 use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers in regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels) under camera surveillance.
• Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, jili2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-play or default rules. jili2 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili2 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili2 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of jili2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jili2.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili2 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or software bugs, that affect your gaming experience.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jili2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili2 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jili2 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Responsible Gaming

jili2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders and session limits to manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications reminding players of the time elapsed during their gaming session.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jili2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Determination that a player is ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a prohibited jurisdiction).

Upon account closure for cause, jili2 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting jili2 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jili2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili2 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili2 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or regulatory matters, players may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.
